Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date will receive a partial refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour are non-refundable. In case of unforeseen weather conditions or safety concerns, we reserve the right to modify or reschedule tours.

Participants should be in reasonable physical condition suitable for biking activities. Helmets are mandatory and will be provided. Riders must follow the guide’s instructions at all times for their safety.

All participants are strongly advised to obtain personal travel insurance that covers medical treatment, evacuation, and adventure sports. We are not responsible for costs arising from lack of insurance coverage.

We take every measure to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. However, participation is at your own risk. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the trip.
