Trip Location

The adventure begins in Imlil, a gateway to the High Atlas Mountains, located about 90 minutes from Marrakech. From here, you’ll climb gradually towards Tizi n’Tamatert Pass (2280m), taking in breathtaking views of the Imenane Valley and surrounding peaks. The trail winds past terraced fields, rocky outcrops, and authentic Berber villages that have remained largely unchanged for centuries. Descending into Ikkiss and then further into the Asni Valley, the route offers a mix of dirt trails, narrow mountain roads, and technical descents that combine challenge and exhilaration for seasoned riders.
